Guarantee and customer service
Our appliances are very strong ( due to our production materials and methods).
Nevertheless, if you have just bought an appliance or if you have been using it for years, a problem could eventually occur.
If this happened, but the odds are low, there is always an answer to the problem.
One of our team's technicians will go to your home if needed. He will do everything he can to satisfy you
1. Guarantee
There is a guarantee on all our appliances:
- Five years on the appliances metallic carcase including mechanic parts such as concealable doors and bearings
- Three years on fire-proof bricks
- One year on electric parts, back plates and appliance grids
This guarantee also covers :
- Paint defects
- Damages due to transport ( if you let us know within 48 hours of receiving your appliance)
But this guarantee:
- Does not cover damages due to an unfit pipe or poor use of appliance ( follow our advice on maintaining and using)
- Does not include damages and interest payments
Once the guarantee period is over, our technicians will still be at your service. They can go to your home to work out what is wrong and fix it. Their travelling expenses and interventions will be charged but will always be the object of a precise and signed estimate.

Other customers services
Our services are not restricted within the guarantee.
From the minute the appliance is fitted and after tens of years, we are at your service (for instance) :
- To answer any technical question :
« Is my chimney made to fit this appliance ? »
« Could this appliance be made to measure to fit a very high ceiling ? » (The answer is yes)
- To help you fit and adjust your appliance : A quick and clean fitting is one of the strong points of our appliances
- To give you advice on maintaining and using
Even if you own a very old appliance, that is no longer produced, we can still fix it.

| Spare parts |
We can supply you with any spare part, even if your appliance is a former model and is no longer produced .
If you have broken or lost :
- Fire-proof bricks
- A hood
- Ceramic glass panes and doors
- A combustion grid
- A back plate
- Any other kind of part
